Day of Pink – Thursday April 8 2021

International Day of Pink is an annual event to raise awareness and commit to ending the spread of bullying, hatred, Homophobia, Biphobia, Transphobia and Transmisogyny within our schools and our communities.  Typically, Day of Pink is celebrated on the second Wednesday of April.  However, this date falls on our April Break, so HWDSB schools will be honouring this important day instead on Thursday, April 8.

At Dundana, we encourage our students and staff to wear pink on Thursday in support of Day of Pink’s messaging:  Celebrate Diversity, Demand Equality, Stand in Solidarity.

This Thursday, think PINK!
