A Message from Dundana about Report Cards

Beginning today, Term 1 report cards for grades 1 to 5 and Communication of Learning, Term 1 reports for Kindergarten are being distributed centrally from the board.  These will be sent digitally to the parent/guardian email on record.  Please note that these reports are encrypted.  To access you will need to use your child’s birthdate.  It needs to be entered as such:  MM/DD/YYYY (remember to include the slashes).

The same reports, but signed, will also be sent to you in hard copy on Thursday, March 4, 2021.

It is important to note that despite the many challenges in this school year, we are still required to provide assessment and evaluation on all areas of the curriculum, based on grade expectations.  Depending on how your child has been impacted by distance learning, covid protocols in the school, and health and well being challenges you may note changes on the report from previous years.  At the school, we will continue to monitor those dips in achievement, provide support and direction as we are able and work slowly to maintain progress.

If you have questions about your child’s report, please reach out to the teacher.  If you have difficulty accessing the report, please contact the school office to ensure we have the correct birthdate on record.
