Volunteering at Dundana

As spring quickly approaches, many of our classes are planning excursions that take students off school property to enrich their educational experience.  To ensure these trips take place, we need volunteers to accompany classes to allow us to meet supervision ratios.  The HWDSB requires all volunteers to participate yearly in a volunteer registration process.  This includes:

– Vulnerable Sector Police check – completed every three years (and submitted to the school within 6 months of issue)

– Volunteer agreement – completed yearly

– Volunteer Offense Declaration – completed yearly

Volunteer packages are available in our main office, if you would like to become a volunteer or renew your volunteer status.
