Before and After-School Survey Update

An Important Message from HWDSB’s Early Years Department:

Dundana has a Before and After-School program for children in Kindergarten to grade 5.  If you completed the Before and After-School survey earlier this year, and you provided consent to release your information, we will be providing your contact information to our child care operator.  If you did not provide consent, you will be contacted by our Board’s Early Years department to discuss how we can connect you to the child care operator.
