
Reminders for this Busy Time
We are in the home stretch before the holiday break. Here are a few reminders about special events during that time:
Holiday Lunch is Thursday, December 15. Students who have purchased the Lunch Wizard meal for this day are asked to please bring a non-breakable plate and cutlery for the event. Students who did not purchase the meal will bring their lunch from home to the festivities. Thank you to our School Council and Dundana School Volunteers for hosting such a fun, annual event!
Friday, December 16 is our December Spirit Day. What better way to fight the cold, dark days than to come to school in your cosiest pjs? Don’t forget Pyjama day.
Friday, December 16 is also our Celebration Assembly for the month of December. Please feel free to join us in the gym at 9:10 a.m. to cheer on our award winners.
Monday, December 19 is the Skating Trip for Grade 1 to 5 students. Please remember to send your child with skates and helmet, as well as their outdoor clothing.
Wednesday, December 21 is the Annual Winter Concert in the gym at 9:10 a.m. Please join us! (**Our lost and found items will be displayed on the day. Please take a minute to come and claim any items you may be missing. Unclaimed items will be sent off over the break**)
Friday, December 23 is the last day of school. Dismissal is at the regular time. This is a non-compliance nutrition day. Please see information from your child’s teacher regarding any specific class celebrations on this day.
Classes resume on January 9, 2017.
