Collegiate Spirit Wear Is Here!

Dear Parents/ Guardians,

Please find attached a Collegiate Spirit Wear order form. If you are interested in ordering anything for your child or family, could you please complete the order form attached and return it to school by Friday, May 19, 2023. Also, please make your payment to school cash online by this date.

There are sizing charts posted on our school website www.hwdsb.on.ca/collegiate for you to refer to if you have any questions about sizing. Please ensure that you read the order form carefully and that the order form is completed accurately so that there are no problems in processing your order. Return the paper copy of the order form to school with your child by no later than Friday, May 19. Please note that tax is included in the price shown on the order form.
