Terry Fox Run!

Thanks so much for supporting this year’s Terry Fox School Run! This is the 40th Anniversary of Terry’s Marathon of Hope and we need you now more than ever.

Here is some important information regarding your online fundraising, toolkit and new online resources:

Start your fundraising with these two easy steps: 

1. Share your link and sample message below with your school community on your preferred social media platforms, website or by email. For more social media messages and shareable images, click here.This year is the 40th Anniversary of Terry Fox’s Marathon of Hope and Chedoke Elementary School is proud to be continuing the legacy of one of our greatest heroes. 2. Spread the word to students to get on board too! Encourage them to set up their own fundraising page under your school name and share their link with friends and family. Students can go to: https://terryfox.org/schoolrun/students/ and follow the prompts to get going.

Toolkit Update
We are not able to provide tattoos or stickers for your Terry Fox School event this year. We are however sending posters in a revised toolkit to all schools. Unfortunately, we are encountering shipping delays but rest assured, it’s on its way. Please know that you are welcome to hold your event on any day of the school year and your school’s online fundraising link will remain active.
