We are eager to welcome your children to school next week.

Please read the enclosed letter to ensure you are up to date with all the procedure before your child attends school. Also please ensure that you have completed the attestation form for your child.  This form needs to be completed before they arrive to school.  If your child is going to remote day school, the attestation form does not have to be filled out until they return to Chedoke.

The Attestation form is located in the Parent Portal. If you cannot access your parent portal, we have enclosed the form for you below to print out and send to school with your child on their first day back to school.

It is also listed in multiple languages to better assist our community.
