Halloween Information

We will celebrate Halloween on Monday October 31st.  We do know that not all families celebrate.  If your child does not celebrate, we will provide alternative activities.

• If students would like to wear a costume, we ask that they wear it to school in the morning (be sure costumes are such that students can go outdoors and use the washroom independently as needed)
• No masks, weapons or inflatable costumes please
• Be sure that a child’s costume is not making fun of another person’s culture.
• Families are invited to a Halloween Parade at 2pm.  Families that come to the parade will stand in the library to watch our FDK-Grade 5 students pass through.
• Individual teachers will communicate with you any classroom activities that may be taking place
