Very Sad News

Dear Buchanan Park Families,

It is with a very heavy heart that I write this message to inform you of the passing of one of our teachers Mr. Cameron Leslie.  Mr. Leslie died suddenly in the late evening on Thursday August 30, 2018. We are all deeply saddened by his passing and will miss him terribly.  In keeping with his wishes, there will be no public services.

Mr. Leslie came to Buchanan Park in 2013 along with his partner Ms. Cadeau, our EA in the Junior Comprehensive class.  Prior to that, they had worked together for many years in that same capacity with the R.A. Riddell staff.  Here at Buchanan, Mr. Leslie and Ms. Cadeau’s work included directing many very entertaining performances by the “Fab 4” class, as well as many projects and video productions.  Mr. Leslie was always so very proud of his students, their abilities, and their accomplishments.

Our deepest sympathies and condolences go out to the family at this time.
