School’s Out for Summer!

The 2020-2021 School Year is a wrap! Before we leave for the summer and fully disconnect we want to say thank you for all your persistence and support this year. We should all take pride in the development of some very important skills that these past 18 months have afforded us, including organizational/time management skills and the ability to engage with others virtually and if we have learned nothing else, we have learned just how important it is for us to connect and establish healthy relationships with others.

This year we say farewell to a few staff who will be taking on new challenges next year, Mrs. Elzoghby, Mme Ulmer, and Mrs. Higginson. We thank them all for their contributions to our school and wish them well. In addition, we say farewell to Mrs. Roczniak who is retiring at the end of the month. Mrs. Roczniak has been part of the Balaclava community for many years and will be missed. We wish her all the very best for this next exciting phase of her life.

Summer Activity Calendar 2021

Our offices re-open on August 30th 2021. Notification about bus stops/times will be sent to each family during the summer. Any questions about Transportation please contact 905-523-2318. Please monitor HWDSB messages and social media for school re-opening plans.
