Update for Families February 10th
We were delighted to see our students and staff returning to our buildings on Monday morning. We have spent the past three days reviewing and reinforcing the required protocols and will continue to support students with following these measures to help keep everyone safe. We thank families for continuing to complete the daily screening before sending children to school. Please remember also, if your child is not able to attend school for any reason, we do require an Attestation for Return to School upon the child’s re-entry to the school building. This can be completed in the Parent Portal.
Our Student Council has been busy with helping brighten everyone’s days with a little school spirit. Each day we are challenging all members of our school community to complete an act of kindness. Classes have also been given paper hearts to use to write positive messages for others which are then posted on a bulletin board in the front hall – it is filling up nicely! Please do not send paper Valentine’s to give out in classes this year. Finally, on Friday, everyone is invited to wear “Valentine’s Day colours” – Red, Pink and White.

Please remember also, if you had registered your child to attend this year, but opted to keep them at home this year due to Covid, a new registration is required. It is important for staffing purposes to have as accurate numbers as possible as we prepare for the 2021-2022 school year.
