Balaclava Parent Reminders
School Council Nomination forms are Due on October 21, 2020
School Council first virtual meeting will take place on October 27, 2020 at 11:00 a.m.
Please visit the new parent portal to fill out important forms for your children:
-Student Verification Form – to make sure the school has your most up to date information
–Media Consent Form
Please visit School Cash on the parent portal to pay for Student Agendas
Reminder to update your school messenger app. so you can report your students absences/lates/leaving early. Please delete the current school messenger app. from your phone and reinstall the school messenger app. (the old app. is no longer working to report absences) https://go.schoolmessenger.ca – You can also access school messenger from the new parent portal
Pick-up on rainy days. Parents picking up students on rainy days are asked to come to the school where possible ahead of 3:10p.m. to collect their children. Please come to the front door and we will have a staff member taking names and classes so we can call your students promptly.
Parents that need to drop items off at the school are asked to please label the items with their child’s name and teacher. (Buzz at the front door and a staff member will collect the belongings)
