Balaclava Roof

Dear Families,

Thanks so much for your patience as we await our new roof.  As the snow and ice melt, freeze, and melt again we are working closely with the HWDSB facilities department to ensure safety in our school. We are monitoring the condition in the halls and classrooms throughout each day.  We have adjusted locker and coat hook assignments as needed and will continue to take the necessary steps so that everyone stays safe and dry at Balaclava.  Our full roof replacement is on schedule for July 2019 to be completed before school resumes in the fall.
