Remembrance Day Assembly (Nov 9)

Every year, Canadians pause on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month to honour and remember the many brave people who stood up for their beliefs and sacrificed their lives in service to our country.  We take the time to think about all of the men and women who have served and continue to serve during times of war, conflict and peace.

Our upcoming Remembrance Day ceremony will be held on Friday, November 9 at 11:25am in the gym.  Families are welcome to join the solemn ceremony paying tribute to all those that have devoted their lives for our freedom.

We encourage all families to take part in Remembrance Day ceremonies in the community on Sunday, November 11 (such as at the Waterdown Legion or the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum).
