Annual Christmas Toy & Food Drive (November 5-December 6)

Our annual Christmas Toy and Food Drive will be held November 5-December 6.

Toy Drive for Queen Victoria School

We are collecting new, unwrapped toys for children aged 4-11 who attend Queen Victoria School (in Hamilton). Our goal is to collect a toy for each of the 450 QV students who are in JK-Grade 5.

We are suggesting a donation of a toy valued between $15 and $20, if possible.

Please send in a new or gently used gift bag with each toy you donate.

Additional new or gently used gift bags are always appreciated.

Food Drive for Flamborough Food Bank

Food items sent it will be donated to the Flamborough Food Bank.

In consultation with the food bank, in addition to canned food items and other non-perishables, they can always make use of personal items (toothpaste for adults, toothpaste for small children (no fluoride), hand soap, face wash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, hand lotion).

Thank-you in advance to all our families who are able to support our annual outreach this year. We are very grateful for your support.  Also, thank-you to Balaclava’s Home & School for donating the profits of their November 8 Boston Pizza Fundraiser to Balaclava’s Toy Drive!
