Parent Portal Update – Timeline extended
We apologize for the concerns that have caused frustration among some parents accessing their accounts. A team of HWDSB staff is working to provide access for parents who experienced challenges. Initiating this digital platform will have lasting communication benefits for parents during and beyond COVID-19.

If you are receiving an error code on the password page when trying to retrieve your password, or the wait time on the email to reset your password is more than 10 minutes, this could indicate that we do not have your email in our system, or the email was entered incorrectly.
Multiple children not appearing in your Parent Portal:
This has to do with how your email was entered into our Student Information System. One possibility is that not all students are attached to your active email.

I appreciate that this is an important decision for many families, and that you would like to have more information that you have. The challenge is that the board cannot determine much of this information until they know how many students are intending on returning to school in person.
