Earl Kitchener Nutrition Program Questionnaire

For the past couple of years Home & School has run a Nutrition Program for students at Earl Kitchener. The program runs two times per week in the mornings and provides food for all students in the school. At this time, we are collecting feedback from returning parents and teachers to help guide the future of the program.
