HWDSB is holding a woman in trades dinner, at which young women in grades 9 to 12 can have table discussions and mentorship opportunities with women working in the trades. Students are strongly encouraged to bring a parent, guardian or caregiver with them, so they too can learn of what the trades offer.

    Watch: Class Soup Fest Exceeds Expectations
    Ms. Kondo's class at Adelaide Hoodless organized a Soup Fest event to raise funds to help a special needs classmate. The $2300 raised will allow their friend Lawson to attend a summer camp without his parents for the first time.
