Grade 7 Vaccine Clinic Dates

Public Health will be at Westview to administer the Grade 7 Vaccines as follows:

• First Round – November 5, 2025
• Second Round – May 11, 2026

Permission forms will be sent home the week of September 8th.  Please fill out this form and return it to the school as soon as possible.
