Vision Clinic Coming to Westview

On November 7th (Morning only), HWDSB is offering Westview students the opportunity to receive full eye exams during school hours.  An information sheet and permission form (health card number required) will be sent home on this week.  Please fill this form out and return it to to the school by November 5th.
