Important Forms going home today

Your child(ren) will bring home a Student Information Verification Form today.  This form shows all of the personal contact and demographic information regarding your child that must be updated every year.  Please make any necessary changes directly only the form and please print clearly; it is very important that we have current contact information for you.Have your child return the form to their homeroom teacher on Monday.  The office will update your child’s information accordingly.  Thank you for your cooperation.
