HWDSB Annual Robotics Team Meet

🙌Congratulations to our Robotics Team for placing 5th (out of 12) in the HWDSB’s Annual Robotics Team Meet today, held at the Board office!  Together, Wyatt S., Evan H-B, Daniel W., Matthew B., Quinten S., Todd P. and Peter Y. collaborated with other school teams on several robotics challenges throughout a full day of activity.

Additionally, Todd Pocuca and Peter Yang impressed the judges with their knowledge of robotics used in Search and Rescue missions, and took first prize in the STEM Research competition!  🏆  This inquisitive group, along with other Westview students involved in the Robotics Club, has been building, driving and learning how to autonomously drive/ code robots since the end of November.  A brilliant effort shown by all!
