Family/Student/Teacher Interviews
Families can now book an in-person meeting time to connect with their child’s homeroom teacher for family/student/teacher interviews on November 21 or November 22. During this time your child’s educator will be able to share your child’s learning progress and next steps. Please use the following link to book your appointment time. You will need to select your child’s homeroom teacher to book on time slot in the available times provided.

Entry/Dismissal – Hardtop at Back of School
As we continue to support student independence at school, we are requesting during morning drop off and end of day pick up, families remain on the field area or edge of hardtop near field. During end of day dismissal, for our younger students, the educator will dismiss their student to the child’s guardian/parent. Thank you to our many families already supporting this procedure during entry time and dismissal time. We have already noticed a difference of improved safety and less congestion where students need to line up. We appreciate your support in this routine.
Dogs on School Property
Our school community includes many families who are dog owners. We know it is nice to take the dog for a walk when you drop-off and/or pick-up your child at school. We remind anyone who is walking a dog that it must be on a leash. Individuals with dogs on a leash are asked to keep them distanced from children, staff, other parents/guardians, and other dogs. Some children may be afraid of dogs, and the behaviour of a dog can be unpredictable. Please do not bring dogs near our entry/exit zones where students are entering gated areas or lining up as these areas consist of high student traffic. We thank you for your understanding.
