Required School Forms & Processes

Dear Family,
In the next day or two, you will be getting an important package of information from the school.  Please be sure to check your child’s backpack for this information.
We are asking that your carefully review all the information carefully.  Some forms MUST be returned to school, some forms MAY be returned to school and some forms are to be KEPT at home.

 REQUIRED FORMS-Must be returned to the school  

  • Student Verification:  Please review the information and make note of any changes (address, phone, emergency contacts) 
  • Media Consent Form:  Please review and sign indicating your consent choice

**Both of these items can be completed through the Parent Portal.  We have included instructions for your reference. 

 OPTIONAL FORMS-Only return if you are interested  

  • School Council Nomination:  We are still looking for people to join our School Council.  Meetings will be virtual this year.  If interested, please complete and return this form 

 INFORMATION ONLY-Please keep at home 

  • School Messenger/Safe Arrival:  This web/phone/app will allow you to enter absences for your child 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Families are requested to use this service and NOT call the school to report absences. 
  • Parent Portal:  The Parent Portal will allow you to update your contact information, complete school forms and has also been used for electronic report card delivery.   
  • SchoolCash Online:  Once we begin to collect money again (school photos, school trips, etc), SchoolCash online will be used for convenience and security.  Families are encouraged to sign up for this service as well. 

 As always, if you have any questions or need support signing up for any of these services, please call the school office and we will be happy to assist.
