Dear Rousseau Families,

We have been looking for four (4) parent volunteers to help out at next Tuesday’s “Grade 6 Celebration”. The date is June 27th.

If you are available to volunteer, please reach out to grade 6 parent, Mrs. Ayben Kaptan.

• 2 Parent volunteers would arrive at the school Library at 9:30 a.m. to receive reception foods (potluck) from grade 6 families, and arrange food on the tables. They would then monitor the reception refreshments from 11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m..
• 2 additional parent volunteers would arrive at 11:00 a.m. to take over monitoring the reception refreshments until 12:30 p.m., and then tidy up the Library at 12:45 p.m.
