Last Cross Country practice – Tues., Oct. 12th, 8:30 a.m

Final Cross-Country Practice

We want to thank the students in grade 3-6 who came out each morning over the last couple of weeks to run! It was our intent to provide our students with the opportunity to run to help to improve their physical and mental health. We were amazed to see over 70 students in attendance at each practice. Thank you to the parents for supporting your child with getting to the practices each week, and possibly dealing with wet and smelly running shoes at the end of each day.

Tomorrow is our final practice from 8:30-9:00 am. There will be a competition component for students who are interested. Each grade will have the opportunity to race against other students in their same grade, regardless of gender. If students are not interested in running, they can cheer their peers on. This is meant to be fun! Unfortunately, due to Covid restrictions, we cannot have any parent spectators.
