School Council Start Up Session Information

The Parent Involvement Committee invites School Council Chairs and members to a
virtual session on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Members of School Council can RSVP to [email protected] and a link to the virtual meeting will be shared using the MS Teams platform on October 12.

The event will be hosted by Amanda Fehrman, Chair and Amanda Lloyd, Vice-Chair.
Members can learn about School Council operations within continued COVID-19 restrictions, receive an
update on the School Council Handbook, 2021-22 edition, and hear the latest on volunteer recognition and fundraising plans.

A special feature of this evening will be to share with School Council members about how they can get
involved in the Safe Schools Action Plan
