School Council Membership & Optional Self Nomination Form 21-22

Hello families,

We hope the transition back to school has been fairly smooth for you, we know there have been a few issues to work out, but together we have been able to solve problems and provide a safe space for students to get back to in-person learning.

We would like you to consider joining our parent council this year. Your involvement in the social and academic aspects of your child’s school increases their connection and engagement and benefits everyone. Our meetings are generally one hour, once a month, and will continue online this year.

Please fill out the application and send it to me via email or print it and send it in with your child. Let’s make this year’s council and strong one that will help support QM to be the best place for students to learn and grow.
