5 Point scale

By request, we are sharing the 5 Point Scale that we use in our classrooms to help students manage emotions and behaviour. Helping students to understand that feelings that are uncomfortable such as nervousness, anxiety, anger, frustration, sadness, etc. are normal emotions but sometimes we need help to understand them and feel better. Some families have asked for copies of the scale for use at home. The graphic  calm down strategies will also help students to think of ways they can work their way back to green. If your children are struggling, talk to your teachers or contact the office. We are here to help.
