FUN FAIR UPDATE

Hello Greensville Families! 

We are so excited to announce the return of the Greenville Home and School Association FUN FAIR!!

When: Friday, May 26th. 5-8pm

Where: Greensville School (back field) and Greensville Community Centre

What: A family friendly, community building event for all ages! Games, Optimist Food Truck, Jax Ice Cream, Raffle, Prizes, Popcorn, and more!!! 

We are collecting items for class raffle baskets for this event. Each class has chosen a theme, and we are asking for donations from our school families. If you would like to donate, please choose a new or unused item that fits your class theme and send it to school with your child. Items are due by Tuesday, May 23rd. These baskets will be raffled off at the event. 

We would also like to ask for volunteers. If you are interested and available to helping out with setup during the day, at a station during the event or cleaning up afterwards, please email or text Donna:  [email protected] 905-978-0928 

If you have a high school student who would like to volunteer, they are eligible for earning volunteer hours in exchange for their help. 

Please note this event is CASH ONLY!! 

If you would like to budget ahead of time: Raffle tickets will be $2 each, 3 for $5 or an arm’s length for $10. “Passports” for activities are $10 each.   Optimist Food Truck pricing varies per menu item.
