Upcoming Report Cards- New process

Dear Parents, Guardians,

Hamilton Wentworth District School Board will be preparing  the report card as a secure document for you.
Due to Covid-19 you will be receiving an unsigned, electronic copy of the report card. A signed, official copy will be placed in the
student’s OSR which is kept at the school.
When you get the report card it will come in an email.This email will contain a secure link to your student’s report card. When you click the link, you will be prompted to enter in a password. The password will be your student’s date of birth, and it must be entered using the format MM/DD/YYYY (including forward slashes /). Please note that the link will expire after 7 days and will no longer be accessible after this point.

Once the link is opened you have the option to download a PDF copy and save it for your records.

In order to be sure you receive an email for the report card this term , please make sure you have an updated email address in the Parent Portal.
