
It’s time to say goodbye!
Dear SVS families,
The school has been buzzing this week with special awards, events and some sad goodbyes. Kudos to our Grade 8 students as they leave behind memories, their picnic tables and leadership. They will be missed! We also bid a fond farewell to Mrs. Buttenham, Ms. Kennett, Ms. Finance and Ms. Condolis, and Mrs. Islami. We wish them all the best in their new postings.
Mrs. Kuchma is also leaving us, and is now the proud Mom of a new baby!

As in the past, class lists will be posted on the school’s back doors once they are firmed up at the end of August. Lists will be available for viewing over the long Labour Day weekend.
School will begin on Tuesday September 2nd for all students in Grades 1- 8
JK students will attend school with their parents on Tuesday September 2nd. Information will be shared with those families via Mr. Duggan and Mrs. McLean
SK students will start school on Wednesday, September 3rd.
Information about any changes in start up procedures will be shared via the website during the last week of August.
I wanted to thank each and every one of you for your partnerships, your kindnesses, and for sending in the most wonderful students to us every day. It is truly a privilege to be the Principal of Spencer Valley School!
