Spring Open House:  Our Spring Open House is taking place on Thursday, May 8 from 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Classroom Visits – Families are welcome to visit your child’s classroom between 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Book Fair –  Join us in the library for our Scholastic Book Fair.

 Night at the Museum –  Join us in the gym for an enchanting Night at the Museum! You’ll have the opportunity to admire our students’ artwork and enjoy live musical performances by our Grade 6 Ukulele Group and a talented student solo violinist. Musical performances are from 5:00 pm – 5:30 pm.

In addition, Crazy Cravings ice-cream food truck will be set up on the back playground. It should be a fun night for all – we’re looking forward to seeing you there!

May Madness Fundraiser: Our May Madness fundraiser on Friday, May 16^th is fast approaching! May Madness is a success due to our Gordon Price Families – we are still in need of donated items! If you would like to donate gently used toys, books, board games, puzzles, “attic treasures” (i.e., old toy jewelry, posters, household decorations, craft materials, etc.) that your family is no longer using, please send them to school with your child or drop them off at the school office ON or BEFORE May 15^th.

We also need donated RAFFLE items. Raffle tickets will go on sale Monday, May 12^th. The tickets are 25 cents each or 5 tickets for $1.

*We kindly ask that you DO NOT donate stuffed animals/toys as we cannot accept/sell these items. Donated items can be dropped off at the school office between Monday, April 28^th to Wednesday, May 14^th *

Thanks in advance for helping to make this fun afternoon a huge success!

Music Night: Please join us Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at 6:00pm for Music Night.  You will enjoy an evening concert featuring a variety of music from our Primary Choir, Junior Choir, Grade 5 Recorder Group, Grade 6 Ukulele Group and our Senior Band.  Tickets will be sold at the door for $2.00.  We look forward to seeing everyone there!

Beach Day: Join us for a fun-filled Beach Day at Gordon Price School on Friday, May 23rd!

If participating, students are welcome to wear:

• Bright, summery clothing (e.g., t-shirts, floral patterns, flip flops/slides)
• Optional accessories (e.g., sunglasses, beach hats, flower leis, baseball caps, beach bags)

Please leave at home:

• Swimwear
• Large props (e.g., pool noodles, surfboards)

As we gear up for summer, we look forward to seeing everyone in their best beach attire!
