GRADE 8 GRADUATION 2018/19

Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s),

With the end of the year quickly approaching, it is time to provide you with some information in regards to your son/daughter’s graduation from elementary school.

Location: Sherwood Secondary School Auditorium

Date: Tuesday June 18th, 2019

Rehearsal: 8:30 a.m. – 10:10 a.m. → In the gym at Franklin Road. Please make hair or other appointments for your child after 10:30 a.m. as students will need to be at the rehearsal.

Ceremony:  5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. →  Students must arrive between 4:30 and 4:45 p.m.

Who Can Attend: There is not a restriction on the number of people who can attend. However, we do ask that this special occasion be reserved for close family members.

The ceremony will be followed by an informal gathering in the foyer at Sherwood. This is a great opportunity to take pictures.

Dinner & Dance: 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.  → Dinner will be at Franklin Road School in the gym for all graduates and staff only. The dance will follow dinner and will end at 9:00 p.m. Parent(s)/guardian(s) are to pick up their children at 9:00 p.m. from Franklin Road.
