Prom Project Hamilton 2020

COVID – 19 Communication

April 14, 2020

The Government of Ontario has extended the Ministerial Order to close all publicly funded schools in Ontario to students until May 4, 2020. This means that all HWDSB elementary and secondary schools will remain closed including Prom Project Hamilton’s host site, Sir Winston Churchill Secondary School.

Sadly, this means that the May 2, 2020 Prom Project Hamilton event is cancelled.

No donations of formal wear will be accepted at any of the drop off locations.

We appreciate your understanding during this time of uncertainty.

Stay safe and be well.

COVID – 19 Communication

March 14, 2020

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation evolves through North America, Prom Project Hamilton is operating with an abundance of caution.

As part of the March Break and provincial school closures, all HWDSB elementary and secondary schools are closed until April 5, 2020. This includes Prom Project Hamilton’s host site, Sir Winston Churchill Secondary School.

The April 4, 2020 Prom Project Hamilton event is cancelled and no donation drop offs will be received at Sir Winston Churchill during the closure.

Donations may be received at other drop off locations at the discretion of the individual location. Please contact the location by phone prior to arriving to confirm their willingness to accept your donation.

At this time, plans for the May 2, 2020 event are still underway.

We appreciate your understanding during this time of uncertainty. Stay safe and be well.”
