Student Start Up Forms
We look forward to welcoming you on the first day of school on Wednesday, September 8th.
Parents and guardians must complete and or update the September start up forms. (see below). Student timetables and school forms can also be found below and through Parent Portal.
Student and Parent Sign In (hwdsb.on.ca)
On September 8th, students are to complete their Ministry self-screening. They can access it here.
Students bring their timetables to school. There will be signage on all doors indicating which coloured doors, students should enter to attend class.
If a parent cannot complete the student attestation through Parent Portal, a printed copy must be signed and brought to school with the student. Students cannot start school without the Student Attestation Form.
PPE and Safety Measures
All students are expected to wear a mask when on school property- both inside and outside of the building. Students must use the washroom that is in their colour zone. Upon dismissal, students will immediately leave the building and should not gather with other students on school property.
