Summer Catch-Up Vaccine Clinics

A message from Pulic Health,

1. Vaccines that will be offered are: Hepatitis B, Human Papilloma Virus, Meningococcal ACYW-135, Tetanus/Diphtheria/Polio and COVID-19 for grades 7-12 (2022-2023 school year)

2. Students attending the catch-up clinics can book an appointment for any of the locations – they are not required to attend clinics in schools that are specific to their Board

4. Parents/caregivers/students are encouraged to ensure that all vaccinations that have been administered in the past have been reported to public health:   Record assessment will also occur at the clinic visit.  We ask that students bring vaccine records to their clinic visit.

5. Informed consent for vaccination will be obtained at the clinic visit.
