Community Catch Up Vaccine Clinics

A message from Public Health:

For any BCSS students who were not able to receive their 14-16 year vaccinations at the school’s pop up clinic, here is the link to routine/community catch-up clinics https://www.hamilton.ca/people-programs/public-health/vaccines-immunizations/community-vaccine-clinic.

Appointments can also be made by calling 905-978-9848 and selecting option 7.

Some may complete due vaccines with their family doctor, in that case we ask they report them to Public Health (we do not share documenting systems) online via ICON https://hph.icon.ehealthontario.ca/#!/welcome or:
