
BCSS – Exam Preparation Tips
This time of the school year can be a stressful time for students. BCSS students are encouraged to practice healthy habits to support their academic success. They can try the following ideas:
Eat healthy food – the breakfast program is available daily in the servery and healthy snacks can be found in Student Success
Study in a group – attend the Coco and Cram sessions held after school in the cafeteria
Seek help – go to your teachers and caring adults if you have questions
Get a good night sleep – turn off the devices 30 minutes before going to sleep
Exams start at 9:00 am from January 23 – 28.
