Dear Parents/Guardians,
We’re only two weeks in, and what a great start it has been! The hallways are filled with energy, classrooms are buzzing with learning, and students are quickly getting back into the rhythm of school life. Add in the gorgeous fall weather we’ve been having, and it feels like the perfect way to kick things off!
Here are a few reminders to help keep our days running smoothly:

Reporting absences & early pick-ups: Please continue to use School Messenger to let us know if your child will be away or picked up early. Submissions by 10:00 a.m. make everything run like clockwork.

Parent Portal: Having trouble logging in? No worries! Just email the office, we’re happy to help!

End-of-day pick-ups: Our office can get quite busy as the school day winds down. If you need to pick up your child early, please give us a few extra minutes, we’ll do our best to keep things moving smoothly, and your patience is always appreciated!

PA Day – September 19: A reminder that there’s no school for students on Friday, September 19.

Safety first: Thank you for using the designated drop-off and pick-up areas and keeping bus zones clear. Every little bit helps to keep our students safe!

Terry Fox Day – September 26: On Friday, September 26, we’ll be joining together for our annual Terry Fox Run. Students and staff will walk or run in support of cancer research and to honour Terry’s incredible legacy. It’s always a highlight of the fall, and we can’t wait to share this event with our school community. More details to come!
