We will be hosting our 27th Annual Balaclava Home & School Fun Fair Event from 4:30pm -7:00 pm RAIN OR SHINE.  If it is raining we will have the event throughout the school. Come for the BBQ, bring your kids and enjoy the games and entertainment.

WHERE WILL ALL THE ATTRACTIONS BE LOCATED? 

All Fun Fair activity areas will be located outside on the elementary playing area, they include: BBQ, Face painting, Carnival Games, Silent Auction, Cake Walk Game (all ages), Bake Sale, Popcorn, Snow-Cones, Cotton Candy, Plant Sale, Photobooth, Live Band, the Hamilton Fire Department, Sac Races and Parachute fun for the littles. If the weather does not cooperate, we will relocate as many areas as possible inside the school for your enjoyment. Please make sure to come on out and support the school and enjoy all that fun fair has to offer.

Buy tickets (which are sold in multiples of $5, $10, $20) at the Game Ticket Tables. Your tickets will then be hole punched as you play games, have your face painted, get your picture taken at the photobooth, play a round at the cake walk game or enjoy popcorn, sno-cones and cotton candy.

Yes, the following areas accept cash: BBQ, Pizza, Drinks, Photobooth, Cake Walk, Bake Sale, Silent Auction and Plant Sale. To purchase food you will need to purchase food tickets at the BBQ ticket booth. Don’t forget to thank the Carlisle Optimists for cooking!!

The auction will be accepting cash and E-Transfer – [email protected]. Don’t forget to get your bids in and listen for the table closing announcements to make sure you do not get outbid. Good luck!

PARKING:
Please note if anyone parks in the overflow parking (behind the school parking) at Our Lady of Mount Carmel, they will be locking the overflow gates at 6:30pm when their event is over. If your car is still there it will be locked in. Do not park in their overflow parking (behind their school).
