Balaclava Home and School Update May 15
FUN FAIR UPDATE:
Fun Fair is next week Thursday May 22, from 4:30pm-7pm and we are looking forward to seeing everyone from the community! We are so excited for all the special items that have been donated by so many of our local business for the Silent Auction such as: an authentic Raptors Jersey, a custom engraved fire pit ring, a week at camp, learn to skate, teeth whitening, yoga, car services, health and wellness goodies, dining out gift certificates, garden services, art work, music lessons, tools, paint nights, don’t forget your kids’ classroom baskets and so much more! All proceeds will be going to Balaclava Elementary School to continue updating our much needed in-class technology.
Some new items that have joined the fun fair this year to look forward to! A photobooth, cake walk game, plant sale, free sac races and free parachute and ball game for the little ones. Along with the regular attractions: silent auction, fair games, face painting, BBQ, great bands, cotton candy, popcorn and snow cones.

H&S UPDATE:
June 9th is Free Pancake Day! If you are gluten free or vegan can you please send us a quick email so we can ensure we have enough food prepared.
June 12th is the Home & School Social. Please join us in celebrating a great year! All are welcome to attend. Great way to meet other parents, learn about Home & School, and celebrate after a busy year. Please email us to RSVP.
