Prom Project 2025

Prom Project is a pop up shop style event that provides students from across the HWDSB school board the opportunity to pick out formal wear for proms, graduations, banquets and other special events free of charge.

Donations needed! If you have any new or gently used formal wear such as gowns, suits, dress shirts, vests, dress pants, formal dresses and accessories, donations are being accepted until April 2, 2025 at the sites listed on the prom project website. Additionally, Balaclava families are welcome to bring items here to Balaclava school before March 28th and we’ll get them to a delivery site.
