Lost & Found Items – Now Posted!

Our Lost & Found items for the month of November are now on display! If your child has  misplaced any clothing or personal items, please check out the collection of unclaimed items on our website or instagram page. All unclaimed items will be gathered, washed, and donated after December 13, so don’t miss your chance to reclaim your belongings before then!

Calling All Volunteers – It’s That Time of Year Again!

Fun Fair planning has officially started! We are putting together a committee to help plan and run this year’s 24th Annual Balaclava Fun Fair, scheduled for Thursday, May 22, 2025. We have lots of roles to fill and would like to have multiple volunteers for each role to help share the workload and provide backups for the day of the event (we’ll also have high school students and other adults helping on the day of the event).

We are currently looking for help in the following roles:

• Co-Event Coordinator (1 person)

• BBQ Coordinator (2 people)

• Ticket Coordinator (2 people)

• High School Volunteer Coordinator (2 people)

• Adult Volunteer Coordinator (2 people)

• Games Coordinator (2 people)

• Silent Auction Coordinators (3-4 people)

• Silent Auction Basket Maker (2 people)

• Bake Sale Coordinator (2 people)

• Face Painting Coordinator (2 people)

• Snow Cone, Cotton Candy & Popcorn Coordinator (2 people)
