Lockdown Drill Scheduled for Thursday April 20th

Every year, schools are required to complete two lockdown drills during school hours.

Balaclava’s second lockdown drill is planned for Thursday, April 20 at 11:40 a.m.  During the drill, no entry or exit will be permitted from the school.  The drill is expected to take approximately 20 minutes.  While schools are permitted to have support from Hamilton Police during lockdown drills, no police presence is expected for this particular drill.
