What is Prom Project Hamilton?
Prom Project Hamilton is a “pop-up style” event that provides students the opportunity to pick
out formal wear for their proms, graduations, banquets, and other special events, free of
charge. This event is open to all students. Please note: Hair and make-up will NOT be offered
this year at Prom Project Lite.

Students interested in attending
This year, to keep everyone safe, we require that students register for an appointment time and
provide the name of their guest, if bringing one. There is a limit of one guest per student.
Registration will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Unfortunately, we will NOT accept walk-ins
this year. Please be sure to register ahead.

Interested in volunteering?
We are seeking individuals to act as personal shoppers, change room attendants, inventory
coordinators and seamstresses/tailors. If you would like to volunteer to help give a student a
day they will not forget, please consider volunteering.
Please note: Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older and not currently a HWDSB student.
