Important Message to Caregivers!

This is an important reminder to our school community regarding safety measures in place.

***If you need to drive your child to school, please only use the parking lot near the YMCA. Please do not use the main parking lot; the main parking lot is for staff parking only.

With students meeting and dismissing from the side parking lot, it is our collective responsibility to ensure that all students are safe as they transition to and from school. If at all possible, please refrain from using the parking lot altogether to maximize student safety.

***When dropping students off at the back of the school in the morning, we are going to ask that all parents, guardians and caregivers avoid remaining on school property once students are in their designated areas. We need to limit the number of visitors on school property to keep everyone as safe as possible.

***When dropping students off at the side of the school, please do not walk through the side parking lot as this is designated for staff and students only. It is critical that only staff and students enter any designated class cohort space to ensure safety for all.

***Lastly, some important reminders regarding visitors on school property: face masks must be worn at all times and there are no pets allowed on school property. We are continuing to limit visitors in the school as much as possible. Please help students to arrive to school on time, with all necessary learning and lunch materials, in order to avoid dropping off student materials during the instructional day.

Visitors to the school during the instructional day should be for emergency reasons only.

If you have any questions regarding these important safety measures, please speak with a staff member or contact the school.

Thank you for your support as we continue to work closely together to keep Greenleaf a safe and healthy place for all.
