Dear Grade 8 Families,

We are excited to have the opportunity to have our commencement at Bernie Custis Secondary School, the secondary school that students progress to within HWDSB.

We apologize for the late notice in changing this year’s venue for our grade 8 commencement. Having the celebration at BCSS will allow additional ticket requests to be honoured. It also means that  with the expected rain this week, the ceremony, reception and dinner/dance can be held indoors.   The date and times remain the same (Thursday, June 20th, students arrive at 3:30 p.m., ceremony starts at 4:00 p.m., reception 5:00 – 5:30 p.m., dinner/dance 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.)

We appreciate your flexibility as we change locations for this Thursday. As always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the school.
