Device Distribution

Please see below for information regarding device pick-up.  Only families who identified they required a device will be provided with a device.  If you did not receive an email or a phone call, please do not come.  If you requested a device with data, you will be contacted next week with your pick-up time.

Hello, this is a message from Adelaide Hoodless Elementary School

Because you indicated that your child needs a device for remote learning, we have prepared an available device for pickup from the school on January 6.  Your pick-up window is based on the first letter of your child’s last name.

A-H    9:00 AM-11:00 AM

I-P      11:00AM -1:00 PM

Q-Z     1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Due to enhanced health measures, we ask that families ensure they are wearing a face mask and following proper physical distancing when they come to the school.  Please complete the school screener prior to leaving your home.  If you fail the screener, please do not come.   Please call the school to inform us of your situation.

You will need to wait outside the school doors by the old EarlyOn Centre, and someone from the school will go outside to get your name and give you your device.  Please space yourself using the pylons as a visual.
